Celebrating Faith Technologies’ Legacy

Rollie Stephenson Transitions to Chairman of the Board and Rick Schinke Retires

Celebrating Faith Technologies' LegacyFaith Technologies has much to celebrate this month. As the company enters its 41st year in business, we would also like to take this time to celebrate two very special individuals, Rollie Stephenson and Rick Schinke, as they embark on a new chapter in their lives.

After more than 40 years of dedicated service, Rollie will transition out of his role as CEO of Faith Technologies and into the role of Chairman of the Board. Along with this transition, Rick, who currently serves as President of Faith Technologies, has announced his retirement. Rick will stay on as Director on the board for Faith Technologies.

Rollie founded Town & Country Electric, now known as Faith Technologies, in September 1972. Rick became one of the company’s first employees, joining a year later in September 1973. He began as a truck driver, and through his 40 year tenure, served as Executive Vice President before assuming his current role of President of Faith Technologies. Under their leadership the company has grown to more than 1,800 employees operating in 15 locations across the company. Faith Technologies is one of the top 20 largest electrical and technology systems contractors in the United States.

These changes will take effect October 1, 2013, so in the coming weeks, we invite you to help us celebrate their legacy. Please take a moment to share your memories, kind words, and well wishes for Rollie and Rick. Thank you!
