National Projects Group
As Faith Technologies continues to strive for growth as an electrical and specialty systems contractor, we realize that our people are the single most important part of our success. In order to achieve growth throughout the country, including states where we don’t currently have locations, we’ve developed a National Projects Group (NPG). This elite program allows employees to volunteer for the experience and compensation of working on national projects, which has made NPG a highly sought after employee designation.
In the past as an organization, we have worked on projects in over 42 states – plus Washington D.C., Bermuda, Canada, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Poland. More than 40% of our field employees have volunteered to be a part of the National Projects Group, which allows us to bring our best workforce to projects from coast-to-coast so you, as a client, can have confidence in our work.
Clients and employees alike have counted on our NPG because it focuses on:
- Employee recognition and rewards
- Project management support of field employees
- An education program specifically designed for NPG members
