Responsibilities

As a controller, Diane is responsible for managing Faith Technologies’ accounting functions within limits of delegated authority in general accounting, payables, receivables, payroll, job cost, and billing; including the maintenance of financial records and databases to ensure timely availability of financial reporting that is consistent with accounting and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Diane’s areas of responsibility include budgeting, planning, analysis, and interpretation of financial statements and preparation of reports for use by top management.
