Responsibilities

As Chief Financial Officer, Don provides the overall management of all the company’s financial reporting, cash management, financial analysis and forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job cost accounting and general accounting. Some of Don’s key responsibilities include the planning, developing, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the organization’s financial function and performance. Don also participates in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
