Responsibilities

As Chief Operating Officer, George is responsible for the overall strategic operations of the company and provides direction, guidance and support in the execution of project performance. Some of George’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining consistent operational processes and procedures to support strategic direction; directing implementation and execution of operational efficiencies that maximizes people, processes and profitability throughout the organization; building, developing and managing the operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operational strategies, and strategically visit divisions on a regular schedule. George also represents the company at community activities in both divisional and national locations and meets regularly with business leaders in each market.
