As vice president of business development, Jim is responsible for the overall strategic business development at Faith Technologies; formulating plans and policies to achieve objectives.

Some of Jim’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining consistent processes and procedures to achieve Faith Technologies’ strategic initiatives, building and managing the business development team to carry out needed strategies, providing guidance, leadership and coaching to direct reports to ensure that sale’s goals are met, maintaining relationships with the Faith Technologies customers, promoting a positive company culture and fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
