Responsibilities

As the vice president of human resources, Stephanie is responsible for defining, creating, and implementing the overall talent management strategy for Faith Technologies, including learning and development along with traditional human resource-related functions (selection, recruitment and retention, employee benefits, compensation, policies and procedures, etc.). She is responsible for being a visionary, champion, and architect of a system that ensures employees are engaged, educated, compensated, and informed in a manner that aligns with the organization's core competencies and business goals.
