Responsibilities
As Chief People Officer, Terri is responsible for defining, creating, and implementing an overall talent management strategy for the organization, including components related to safety, productivity, access to and management of information, global learning and development, and traditional human resource-related functions (selection, recruiting, benefits, compensation, etc.). She is responsible for being a visionary, champion, and architect of a system that ensures employees are safe, productive, educated, and informed in a manner that aligns with the organization's core competencies and business goals. Terri also serves as a coach and special advisor to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors relative to the alignment of organizational strategies in light of current labor trends, available talent, and future development of the workforce.
