Project Overview:

Faith Technologies has been working at Johnsonville Foods since 1992. In addition to maintaining a constant presence with a maintenance electrician on staff, we have completed numerous projects across the Midwest.

One such project is their fully automated plant-wide conveyor system that allows product to be stored in a five-story sub-zero freezer and delivered to the shipping docks automatically by entering a product code. There is no handling of the product until it gets to the docks and loaded for shipment. This project involved installation of the conveyor system, the PLC programming of the system and construction of the sub-zero freezer.
