Project Overview:

This new construction condominium project included a 12-story building with 18 loft style units. The cast-in-place concrete structure included a two story underground parking garage for residents. There were various unit layouts throughout the building which required creativity by the project team.

Faith Technologies assisted with installation of amenities including:

• A 105 KW emergency generator system
• CATV and telephone wiring conveniently installed to multiple locations per unit
• Controlled access parking
• Outdoor kitchens
• Private security controlled elevator access
