Faith Technologies Recognized by The Daily Reporter’s 2016 Top Projects
Menasha, Wis. (May 23, 2017) – Faith Technologies, an electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, was recently recognized by The Daily Reporter’s 2016 Top Projects award program for its work on three Wisconsin projects: One Menasha Center, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Froedtert Hospital’s Birth Center.
The Daily Reporter’s Top Projects List honors industry leaders – general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners – whose projects met and exceeded expectations in 2016.
One Menasha Center
One Menasha Center, located at 201 Main St., Menasha, is an eight-story, 118,200-square-foot office tower that serves as Faith’s Innovation Center, and stands adjacent to its corporate headquarters. In partnership with Miron Construction, Faith served as the engineer on the project, and scope of work included the power, lighting, fire alarm and low voltage systems, and HVAC controls. The company’s design-build team also completed the electrical systems work for the building’s other tenants, RLJ Dental and Community First Credit Union.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s NICU
Providing care for more than 700 infants each year, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s NICU project, located at 8915 W. Connell Court, Milwaukee, included a 74,000-square-foot renovation. In partnership with The Boldt Company, Faith’s scope of work here included updating the electrical and fire alarm systems, as well as installing high-tech computer controlled LED lighting in 40 patient rooms.
Froedtert Hospital’s Birth Center
Froedtert Hospital’s Birth Center project, located at 9200 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, included an 81,600-square-foot renovation of existing floors, as well as an addition for 12 labor, delivery and recovery rooms, three operating rooms, and four triage rooms. In partnership with Boldt, Faith installed three floors of new fire alarm systems.
