Faith Technologies Receives Two ABC Wisconsin STEP Awards

Menasha, Wis. (Aug. 17, 2017) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, was recently recognized with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin’s 2017 STEP Award in the gold- and platinum-level category for its unwavering commitment to safety and safety training.

Faith Technologies was presented with the gold-level Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Award for its commitment to safety and for completing 2016 with OSHA recordable rates better than the industry average, including time lost. The company then received the platinum-level rating for the award for the ongoing development and growth of its high-quality safety program in 2017.

ABC’s STEP program, which was developed and written by contractors for contractors, objectively evaluates safety programs based on 20 key elements including pre-planning for safety on job sites, management commitment, safety training and resources committed to safety.

“At Faith Technologies, we uphold the highest safety standards to produce the best quality and results while making sure our employees have the training and resources to ensure their safety on and off the jobsite,” Rocky Rowlett, vice president of safety for Faith Technologies, said. “We are honored to be recognized for our dedication to safety and zero injuries with these two prestigious awards.”

In 2016, Faith Technologies was recognized with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America’s Construction Safety Excellence Award in the specialty contractor division.
