Faith Technologies’ CEO, Engineering Team Leader Named to The Daily Reporter’s 2017 Newsmakers of the Year List
Menasha, Wis. (Nov. 21, 2017) – Michael Jansen, CEO and president of Faith Technologies, and Caramy Reisenauer, engineering team leader at Faith Technologies, were recently named to The Daily Reporter’s 2017 Newsmakers of the Year list.
The Daily Reporter recognizes 32 local professionals in the construction industry in more than 20 different categories.
Innovator of the Year – Michael Jansen
Michael Jansen was named Innovator of the Year for his unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries and taking the company to the next level. Jansen started with the company as an electrical apprentice in 1984 and through his hard work and continuous personal development, elevated himself through the ranks into leadership roles and is now CEO and president of Faith Technologies.
Jansen has innovatively changed Faith Technologies through significant investments, internal talent development, employee career pathing and leadership development, and increased productivity on and off the jobsite.
Engineer of the Year – Caramy Reisenauer
Caramy Reisenauer was named Engineer of the Year for her ability to take on new and challenging projects, including the company’s work on the largest, most advanced microgrid in the Midwest at the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve.
Reisenauer joined Faith Technologies in 2016, with more than 10 years of industry experience, and leads a team out of the company’s Milwaukee office. Her leadership and drive contribute to her success within the company and in the design/build industry.
Honorees were celebrated at a special awards banquet on Oct. 11 at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee.
