Faith Technologies Receives Insight Innovation Award at THINC! Conference
Faith Recognized for Individualized Approach to Talent Programs
Menasha, Wis. (June 12, 2018) – Faith Technologies, an electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, was recently recognized with an Insight Innovation Award in the “People” category by Insight Publications. The Insight Innovation Awards recognize companies in northeast Wisconsin that inspire and energize people to build on and invest in ideas to advance the regional economy.

Faith developed two innovative apprenticeship programs – electrical and electronic systems – which allow the company to build its skilled workforce each year by up to 350 people. While the training helps Faith fulfill client projects and business needs, foundationally it also provides a career path with no debt and an unlimited growth potential for employees.
As Faith continues to build its investment in its innovative apprenticeship program, it has also elected to convert a sizable office property on the west side of Appleton into a new Faith Technologies University campus. The 35,000-square-foot facility houses six classrooms and three hands-on training labs, and is the training hub for more than 400 of its 650 current apprentices.
