Faith Technologies Projects Named to The Daily Reporter’s 2012 Top Projects List
Menasha, Wis. (March 6, 2013) – Faith Technologies was recently recognized for its work on the 2550 University Avenue Apartments in Madison, Wis., in The Daily Reporter’s 2012 Top Projects list. Projects will be honored on May 2, 2013 at The Garage at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Faith Technologies’ Madison branch completed both the electrical and specialty systems portions of the apartments. The scope of work included building information modeling (BIM), design, electrical, fire alarm system, lighting, security and video surveillance.
The new construction of this multi-story (six floor), mixed-use building includes 130 units consisting of approximately 47,000 square feet per floor, eight townhouse structures, three sidewalk level flats, an 8,600-square-foot commercial space and a 152-space underground parking garage.
Thirty projects were selected from more than 80 submissions. The Top Projects were chosen by the editors and publisher of The Daily Reporter based on various criteria, including the commitment to sustainable construction, positive impacts on the surrounding area, innovation and more.
Faith Technologies completed work as a subcontractor on two other projects recognized on the 2012 list: the Rogers Memorial Hospital Experiential Therapy Inpatient Treatment and Child & Adolescent Centers in Oconomowoc, Wis., and The Women’s Community Inc. Shelter Facility in Wausau, Wis. All Top Projects will be featured in a special May publication of The Daily Reporter.
