Menasha, Wis. (July 25, 2013) – Faith Technologies recently received the Gold Level Well Workplace Award from the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), and local affiliate, Wellness Council of Wisconsin.

The Well Workplace Awards initiative is driven by a set of criteria outlined in WELCOA’s seven benchmarks to success. There are four different award levels that are possible to achieve – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

As a Gold-level winner, Faith Technologies is recognized for its commitment to developing comprehensive wellness programs that are a strategic and integral part of the business.

“We are continuously working to fully embrace and maximize the health and well-being of all our employees,” said Alyssa Kwasny, Human Resources & Wellness Coordinator. “Faith Technologies is honored to be recognized for our efforts and to join WELCOA’s list of ‘America’s Healthiest Companies’.”

Faith Technologies offers a comprehensive approach to health insurance and wellness that includes semi-annual newsletters; lunch and learn sessions; reimbursements for flu shots, health club costs, run/walk events and recreational sports fees; annual health-risk assessments; a nicotine-cessation program and free oatmeal, fresh fruit and green tea in the break rooms.
