Faith Technologies’ Wellness Coordinator Named as a Top 100 Health Promotion Professional
Alyssa Kwasny Recognized by Wellness Council of America
Menasha, Wis. (Feb. 17, 2015) – Alyssa Kwasny, human resources and wellness coordinator at Faith Technologies, has earned a spot on Wellness Council of America’s (WELCOA) list of Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals. This year marks the Top 100’s inaugural year.
“To be considered in the first year is both humbling and inspiring,” Kwasny said. “The best part of my job is helping people improve their health and guiding our programs to improve the lives of everyone who works at Faith Technologies. There have been some incredible wellness journeys at our company, and I am happy to celebrate this achievement with all of them.”
Since stepping into her role as wellness coordinator in 2010, Kwasny has implemented and coordinated health and wellness initiatives throughout the company by way of employee programs, monthly and quarterly communications and annual health risk assessments. She also facilitates wellness committee meetings to aid in spreading Faith Technologies’ wellness vision to each branch. Kwasny was previously recognized for her efforts when Faith Technologies received the WELCOA Gold Level Well Workplace Award in 2013 for quality and excellence in worksite health promotion.
A judging panel of certified WELCOA faculty selected the Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals based on:
- Involvement in the creation, coordination and ongoing maintenance of health promotion programs
- Implementation of solutions to promote health improvement and positive culture change
- Leadership roles held within community
- Vision for future of health promotion industry
- Demonstrated experience as a leader in health industry
