Faith Technologies Receives Constructech’s 2016 Vision Award for Second Consecutive Year
Menasha, Wis. (Aug. 31, 2016) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical, engineering and technology systems contractor, was recently awarded Constructech’s 2016 Vision Award. Each year, Constructech honors construction companies that realize the advantages of converging construction and technology, and successfully apply it to everyday business.
Faith Technologies uses Trimble’s 3D scanner as its data collection tool, which feeds into Autodesk’s Revit, a building information modeling (BIM) authoring tool. Tools like these help Faith Technologies create virtual dimensions and measurements for job sites to increase efficiency and reduce error on the job site.

3D scanning is pivotal to Faith Technologies’ overall efficiency strategies and allowed the company to achieve a 65 percent primary time in 2015, putting it above industry standards in terms of productivity.
The Vision Awards were preceded by Constructech’s Technology Day, where Marsden served on the “BIM: Beyond the Basics” panel aimed to educate construction professionals.
