Faith Technologies’ Roland “Rollie” Stephenson Named to Business Leader Hall of Fame

Menasha, Wis. (Dec. 6, 2019) – Roland “Rollie” Stephenson, Chairman of the Board at Faith Technologies, a leading electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, was inducted into the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce Business Leader Hall of Fame at its annual Pinnacle Awards Celebration.

The Pinnacle Awards program recognizes those who embrace principled leadership, strategic thinking, balanced workplace values and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. The Business Leader Hall of Fame is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated personal and business success, business leaders who have gained recognition and honor for outstanding achievement in their industry, who have been dedicated to the economic vitality in the Fox Cities community, and are role models for future generations.

Stephenson was nominated for the award by John Bergstrom, CEO of Bergstrom Automotive, who cited Rollie’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others as reasons for nominating him.

Stephenson founded Town & Country Electric, now known as Faith Technologies, in 1972. He built a legacy of quality, efficiency and safety which has led Faith Technologies to be one of the top 15 electrical and technology systems contractors in the U.S.

Stephenson has also been honored with a “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the University of Wisconsin Construction Club, a Business Person of the Year award from the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and “High Standards” award from Associated Builders and Contractors, just to name a few. He currently serves on numerous boards including Well City Fox Cities; University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Foundation & Business Advisory; Fox Valley Technical College Foundation; Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region, Inc.; and the World Presidents Organization.
