Faith Technologies provides nationwide 24 / 7 / 365 emergency service for all major brands of UPS Systems and generators. Whether you have a contract with us or not, use the following steps to get someone onsite as soon as possible.

STEP 1: Before You Call, Gather Information

STOP! Try and gather the following before you call:

  • Equipment Serial Number(s), Make, Model, Size; Type of Alarms; Equipment Location
  • Note any utility power interruptions or utility failures
  • Be ready to provide your name, company name, phone number and brief description of problem
  • The more information you gather, the faster we can help you!

STEP 2: Making the Call

Normal Hours (Monday-Friday, 7AM – 5PM)

  • Describe your issue to our front desk
  • You will then be transferred to the appropriate Faith Technologies’ Service Manager for troubleshooting and to coordinate next steps
  • Technician(s) will be dispatched to your site if needed

After Hours, Weekends, Holidays

  • Call us at (800) 992.7749
  • Press 6 to speak with our dispatcher
  • Describe your issue
  • You will receive a call back within 20 minutes from our On Call staff to coordinate next steps and begin troubleshooting
  • Technician(s) will be dispatched to your site if needed

STEP 3: Resolving Your Service Need

Once troubleshooting is completed and/or a technician is dispatched we’ll keep you informed with:

  • Regular updates including timeline and repair status
  • Pricing and budgeting guidelines
  • Recommendations for repair or replacement
