Three steps to establish emergency power service.

STEP 1: Before You Call, Gather Information

The more information you provide, the faster we can help you!

  • Equipment Serial Number(s), Make, Model, Size; Type of Alarms; Equipment Location
  • Note any utility power interruptions or utility failures
  • Be ready to provide your name, company name, phone number, and brief description of the problem

 


 

STEP 2: Make the Call

Normal Hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm)

  • Describe your issue to our front desk
  • You will then be transferred to the appropriate Faith Technologies’ Service Manager for troubleshooting and to coordinate next steps
  • Technician(s) will be dispatched to your site, if necessary

After Hours, Weekends, Holidays

  • Call us at (800) 992.7749
  • Press 6 to speak with our dispatcher
  • Describe your issue
  • You will receive a call back within 20 minutes from our On Call staff to coordinate next steps and begin troubleshooting
  • Technician(s) will be dispatched to your site, if necessary

 


 

STEP 3: Resolve Your Service Need

Once troubleshooting is completed and/or a technician is dispatched, we’ll keep you informed with:

  • Regular updates including timeline and repair status
  • Pricing and budgeting guidelines
  • Recommendations for repair or replacement
