Our comprehensive learning and training facility
Situated on its own campus, Faith Technologies University is our state-of-the-art home for our apprenticeship programs, learning, and career enhancement opportunities. The facility includes training rooms, classrooms and labs to help employees develop. As a leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation we also lead the industry in training and investment.
Faith Technologies University by the numbers:
- 35,600 square foot facility in Wisconsin
- 3 satellite locations in Georgia, Kansas and Oklahoma
- 15 classrooms
- 10 labs for jobsite simulations
- 6 national training weeks per year

Our technical trainers work hand-in-hand with students, maximizing staff-student interaction. As we continue to evolve this campus, it will become the epicenter of our educational focus, complemented by strategically placed satellite campuses throughout the country.
Faith Technologies University offers the following:
New Employee Onboarding
Upon hire, new employees are welcomed to Faith Technologies through two full-day onboarding sessions.
Quick Start
We provide additional training for apprentices to enhance their onboarding experience.
Apprenticeship
Our Apprenticeship offers flexible scheduling to allow apprentices to go through our programs at their own pace.
Continuing Education
Faith Technologies provides employees with continuing education including, but not limited to, safety and leadership.
High Potential Program
Developing current and future leaders to gain advanced training and skills for leading our organization into the future.
Personal/Professional Career Development and Planning
Faith Technologies provides employees options to enroll in continuing education courses to position for various advancement opportunities.
