Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI)’s all-inclusive job shadow program offers a unique learning experience for high school students. During these events, students have the chance to explore a variety of career opportunities within our organization, both in the field and the office.
Event Days Include
- Exclusive tours of our manufacturing facilities
- Hands-on activities with operations, energy efficiency/automation, estimating, engineering, CAD and 3D modeling
- Industry-leading speakers highlighting the latest industry trends
- Networking opportunities with talent development and project management staff
Attendees have the opportunity to visit one of our on-site locations for a full day of learning and hands-on activities, similar to those taught in our apprenticeship program.
