Verify existing conditions on site. We document and review all existing conditions such as room layouts, proposed equipment, installation locations, and the critical power path. We also contact local jurisdictions to verify code requirements for equipment permitting and installation.
Identify goals and risks. Collaborative meetings with key project stakeholders are scheduled on or off-site to develop a greater understanding of your existing infrastructure and business needs; identify business, facility and project risks; and define budget, scope and design goals.
Evaluate options and best practices. Based on the information we’ve gathered, we will develop one or more solutions that incorporates industry best practices while meeting your budget, timeline, and project goals.
Write and deliver scope and project roadmap. A final report is prepared that summarizes project goals, site assessment findings, critical infrastructure observations, and strategic recommendations. You will also receive a proposal that outlines total project price, scope of work, proposed electrical one-line, bill of materials/equipment specification summary, and project schedule.
