As Safety Director, Chuck was responsible for formulating, developing, and coordinating safety and loss control initiatives for Faith Technologies. He conducted safety training, visited job sites to support and encourage safe behavior, and provided feedback to employees on safety practices – all while developing, recommending, and implementing new safety policies and/or strategic objectives, staying current with OSHA, DOT, EPA, MSHA, and other regulations and industry trends.
Chuck worked closely with Faith Technologies’ talent development team, overseeing all safety training efforts, scheduling and facilitator assignments, to include Faith’s dedicated annual six-week training sessions. Additionally, he supported the efforts of the safety department to develop training expertise.
Chuck joined Faith Technologies in 2008 and retired in 2019. Prior to Faith, Chuck worked for the public school systems in Oklahoma and Kansas for more than 30 years.
