As the emergency preparedness coordinator at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), Ester drives the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust emergency preparedness program. Her focus is on ensuring the safety and well-being of FTI, our team members and stakeholders. Collaborating across departments and with external partners, Ester enhances emergency response capabilities and fosters a culture of preparedness. Her role spans business continuity planning, emergency exercises and providing training and educational materials to elevate team members’ knowledge of emergency procedures.

Ester joined FTI in 2021 and previously held roles in emergency preparedness and program management in the public sector, where she was responsible for emergency preparedness outreach and community trainings, continuity planning, exercise development, COVID-19 response leadership and project management. She received a Bachelor of Public Administration and is completing a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University in Kansas.

Outside of work, Ester enjoys traveling, doing volunteer work and spending time outdoors hiking, camping and hunting.
