Supply Chain and Productivity Manager
As a Supply Chain and Productivity Manager at Faith Technologies, James is responsible for coordinating the logistical support of the field project teams and for the successful development, implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of job site productivity, auditing and coaching, including development and refinement of related systems and processes, conducting on-site/job site coaching and training to enhance performance.
Prior to joining Faith Technologies, James served on active duty as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently a member of a planning and training team in the Marine Corps Reserve. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and forensic anthropology from Louisiana State University and has 18 years of progressive experience in project management, operations management, team leading and training.
Outside of work, James enjoys family time with his wife and four children, fly fishing, hiking and camping.
