
Jim Totzke
Executive Vice President - Operations
As the former Executive Vice President of Operations, Jim was responsible for maximizing operational efficiencies, increasing profitability within the company’s supply chain management, prefabrication, and purchasing functions. He lead Faith Technologies’ Lean initiative, and provided training to help implement Lean methodologies throughout the organization.
Jim has received both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He has spent most of his 25 year career in manufacturing and assembly operations employing Lean concepts to improve throughput and efficiency. He is a CPA and CMA, and during his free time enjoys volunteering his time and efforts for several non-profit organizations, spending time in the outdoors, and following his kids’ many activities.
