Solution Services Leader
As solution services leader, Kristi is responsible for leading the development and implementation of FTI’s transformation strategy on service level agreements, asset management platform and customer delivery programs. In addition, she provides leadership and strategic input to the growth and expansion of strategic business partnerships.
Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. She joined the organization in 2020 and has more than 20 years of experience in the products and services industry. Her strengths span business development, service execution and delivery, P&L management and driving an energetic culture.
During Kristi’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, attending their sports events and other school related activities.
