
Rick Saeger
Director of Digital Applications
Rick leads the organization’s digital applications group in developing end-to-end solutions that align with the needs of our customers. He is responsible for expanding our capabilities around application development, development/security/operations (DevSecOps), integrations, automation and cloud engineering. Rick is also responsible for budgets, project planning and prioritizing, coaching, mentoring, developing leaders and ensuring our technology teams are maximizing value for our business.
Rick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and received his undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He joined Faith Technologies in 2021 following engineering and leadership positions at Secura Insurance and Ameriprise.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys snowmobiling, golf, traveling and spending time with his wife and four children.
