Terry Burton
Senior Onsite Safety Manager
As a senior onsite safety manager, Terry is responsible for supporting FTI’s safety and health efforts for projects across the U.S. Midwest region. He is part of a team of more than 20 safety professionals who prioritize safe work through robust training, continuous safety education and effective safety audits.
Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental, health and safety management from Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, OK, and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He has more than 15 years of experience in multi-site regional safety manager operations in the construction industry, specializing in data centers, mission critical work, electrical safety and complex lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) programs.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his four daughters. He’s an avid fisherman and is also a musician, singer and songwriter.
