Faith Technologies Project Spotlight: Ovation 309

Located in downtown Madison, Wis. between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona, Ovation 309 is a 14-story, mixed-use building consisting of 248 luxury apartments, retail and commercial space. When complete, the building will house the City of Madison Fire Department Headquarters and more than 350 underground parking stalls. Other unique features will include a rooftop garden and community club room located on the 14^th floor.

Faith Technologies’ scope of work on this project included the installation of electrical systems, teledata, fire alarm systems, access control systems, and AV raceways. All of the lighting for this project was shipped to our Excellerate facility in Neenah, Wis. where it was sorted, prepped and staged. This process was coordinated between the construction team and our manufacturing group, and allowed for the lighting package to be delivered to the site on time allowing the project team to remain on schedule.
