Faith Technologies Retools Automation Engineering
At Faith Technologies, we continue to Redefine What’s Possible as we support our customers and create new opportunities for our team members.
One exciting area of growth is automation engineering, and over the last year, Faith’s former automation and process controls (APC) group rebranded as such to reflect the expansion of our capabilities. Today, our industrial system integration expertise with Rockwell Automation also continues to grow as we make investments in the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ platform, an open Internet of Things (IoT) enabled architecture.
We’ve invested in 14 people in the past six months to support these capabilities and growing capacity, and our automation engineering group has established focused teams in the each of the following areas:
- Plant – Process automation, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
- Building – Integration of lighting, HVAC, fire safety and security systems
- Power – Digitization of data from meters, relays and breakers
One of our newest capabilities is the ability to deploy Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor. This custom application improves operational efficiency with augmented reality, enabling operators to superimpose current data and virtual objects onto a cabinet, machine, or plant. Our team has created an active, hands-on demonstration in our Automation Lab at Faith’s Innovation Center in Menasha, WI, to enable real-time visualization of plans and designs.
At Faith Technologies, we continue to invest in technology to support the growing and changing needs of our customers. We’re fortunate to be able to partner with like-minded organizations such as Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric to support our core purpose of Creating World Class Opportunities to Succeed.
