Faith Technologies Relocates Home Office to Accommodate Growth
Appleton, Wis. (Feb. 1, 2009) – As a result of ongoing growth, Faith Technologies, operating as Town & Country Electric throughout Wisconsin, a full-service electrical and specialty systems contractor, will relocate its home office from Appleton, Wis., to Menasha, Wis. The move is scheduled to take place by March 1, 2009.
Approximately 50 employees will relocate to the 30,000 square-foot Menasha facility in order to accommodate growth with the local operating office. Faith Technologies’ employees relocating will include accounting, human resource, purchasing and marketing departments. Faith Technologies will occupy 20,000 square feet of the new building, and sublet 10,000 square feet to allow for future growth. All other functions will remain at the 38,000 square-foot Appleton location.
Since the Appleton facility is currently home to both the Appleton division and home office employees, the relocation will allow the Appleton division to expand at its current location on American Drive. Revenue for the Appleton division has increased by more than 75 percent since 2003.

One of the largest privately-held electrical contractors in the United States, Faith Technologies is experiencing constant growth throughout the company. Faith Technologies has a near-record backlog, and overall revenue has increased 115 percent since 2003. With 14 locations throughout the United States, Faith Technologies plans to open two more locations in Omaha, Neb. and Tulsa, Okla. in the first quarter of next year.

The new facility is located at 225 Main Street in Menasha. The building is the former headquarters of Banta Corporation.
