Faith Technologies Sponsors The Salvation Army Coats for Kids Collection Day 2012

Menasha, Wis. (Oct. 16, 2012)  Faith Technologies, a full-service electrical and specialty systems contractor, is a proud sponsor of The Salvation Army Coats for Kids Collection Day, which will take place on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012. This year’s collection day will be held inside the Talbots/Jos. A. Banks entrance of the Fox River Mall, located at 4301 W. Wisconsin Ave., in Grand Chute, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The 2012 Coats for Kids campaign runs until Nov. 3.

Those who come out and donate a new or gently used coat will be entered to win a pair of tickets to watch the Green Bay Packers take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 28. Participants can earn an additional entry in this drawing by “Liking” Faith Technologies on Facebook.

“It is so important for members of our community to come together to support those in need right here in our back yard, and the Coats for Kids campaign provides a great avenue for that support,” said Dick Merbach, Regional Vice President. “The Salvation Army goes above and beyond to help families year round, and right now we all have the opportunity to keep local families warm this winter by donating jackets. Every donation makes a difference.”

The following Cumulus radio stations will be broadcasting live, onsite throughout collection day: 1280 WNAM, 1490 WOSH, 103.9 WVBO, 96.9 The Fox and 99.5 and 104.9 The Wolf. Coats can also be dropped off at any of the following Faith Technologies locations from now until Nov. 3: 2662 American Dr., Appleton; 225 Main St., Menasha; 1674 E. Deerfield Ave., Green Bay; 4738 S. Taylor Dr. Sheboygan; W7815 State Rd. 21 & 73, Wautoma.

All proceeds will go to “Coats for Kids,” a community service program aided by the Salvation Army.

Coats collected during this year’s campaign will be distributed on Nov. 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 13 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1919 E. Calumet St. in Appleton (in the former Copps grocery store).
