The Post-Crescent Names Rollie Stephenson CEO/Executive of the Year

Menasha, Wis. (March 27, 2013) – The Post-Crescent recently named Faith Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer, Rollie Stephenson, as CEO/Executive of the Year. Stephenson was recognized in the print edition of The Post-Crescent’s 58th Annual Report on March 24, 2013.

Stephenson founded the electrical contracting service in 1972 that would ultimately become Faith Technologies. More than forty years later, Faith Technologies has grown into a thriving business with 15 locations across the country. With more than 1,500 employees, it is one of the top 20 largest electrical and specialty systems contractors in the U.S. Stephenson has continued to drive company growth through investment in, and application of, the company’s core competencies in developing leadership, opening new offices, broadening the service portfolio and serving additional markets.

The Post-Crescent highlighted Stephenson’s launch of the company, his philosophy of empowering employees, the legacy Faith Technologies has within the Fox Cities and beyond, the company’s involvement in non-profit work and Stephenson’s hobbies outside of work.

“It is an honor to be recognized by The Post-Crescent for my role at Faith Technologies,” Stephenson said. “This award is a result of what a lot of people have done. Faith Technologies’ employees are invested in the company and in their quality of work. I look at this as a group achievement.”

CEO/Executive of the Year is one of eight new categories added to the list of awards for the 2013 Annual Report. Ten awards are distributed in total. Members of The Post-Crescent editorial staff select the award recipients based on business reputation, philanthropy, recent expansions, growth, uniqueness and other notable characteristics.
