Faith Technologies Announces New Hires and Promotions Within the Human Resources Department

Menasha, Wis. (Dec. 12, 2013) – Faith Technologies, an electrical and specialty systems contractor, recently hired Stephen Stubbs as director of total rewards. Along with this addition to the human resources department, Courtney Johnson has also been promoted to director of talent management.

Faith Technologies 2013 HeadshotsIn his role as director of total rewards, Stubbs is responsible for the administration and management of all employee benefits and compensation programs. More specifically Stubbs is responsible for planning, developing and revising compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures to ensure competitive pay practices, including all incentive plans in accordance with strategic corporate direction. He also develops cost control procedures that result in maximum outcomes for Faith Technologies and its employees. Stubbs has more than 20 years of experience working in HR. Most recently he held a role as director of compensation and benefits for an automotive finance company, where he was responsible for all operations and day-to-day management of payroll, compensation and benefits.

Courtney Johnson
Faith Technologies 2013 HeadshotsAs director of talent management, Johnson is responsible for the oversight of all recruitment efforts, the National Projects Group and ensuring the company complies with diversity and affirmative action initiatives and regulations. Additionally Johnson is responsible for the continued development, implementation and monitoring of all employee performance processes, as well as appropriately addressing all employee issues in a timely manner. Johnson has been a Faith Technologies employee since May 2007 and has held roles such as office assistant, recruiter, human resources generalist, human resources business partner and most recently, senior human resources business partner. In her previous role, Johnson was responsible for recruiting and orienting employees, managing career development opportunities, employee performance and employee relations issues.
