Faith Technologies Announces New Hires and Promotions Within the Preconstruction Department
Menasha, Wis. (Dec. 17, 2013) – Faith Technologies, an electrical and specialty systems contractor, recently hired John Brown as vice president of preconstruction. Along with this addition to the preconstruction department, Bob Graves has also been promoted to director of estimating.
John Brown
In his role as vice president of preconstruction, Brown is responsible for strategically developing, implementing and evaluating preconstruction services. More specifically he is responsible for managing a technical sales staff tasked with developing and delivering technical solutions for Faith Technologies’ customers within the heavy industrial, light industrial, electrical and automation markets. Brown has 39 years of industry experience. Brown previously owned and operated Brown Automation, a full service control systems integrator, until its sale to Sachs Electric Company where he continued as vice president of business development over heavy, industrial, electrical and automation services. More recently, he was vice president of instrumentation and industrial services where he was responsible for establishing instrumentation and automation capabilities, as well as developing industrial automation and electrical business.
Bob Graves
As director of estimating, Graves is responsible for strategic development and coordination of Faith Technologies’ estimating resources and overall team performance. Graves has been a Faith Technologies employee since January 1986 and has held roles such as estimating trainer, estimator, assistant estimating manager, estimating manager and regional estimating manager. Graves has more than 25 years of industry experience. In his previous role as regional estimating manager, he was responsible for determining bid priorities, selecting potential bid projects, establishing bid strategies, managing and updating estimating software and providing supervision and technical support to estimators.
