Michael Thompson Joins Faith Technologies as Automation and Process Controls Group Manager
Menasha, Wis. (Dec. 18, 2013) – Faith Technologies, an electrical and specialty systems contractor, recently hired Michael Thompson as automation and process controls group manager.
In this role Thompson is responsible for providing overall management of automation and process controls projects and overseeing project management. He is also responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to project managers to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, meet safety guidelines and exceed customer expectations. Additionally Thompson supports Faith Technologies’ business strategy and profitability by providing accurate budgets, effectively managing sales and gross margin, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Thompson has 18 years of industry experience in systems engineering with a specialty in automation and process controls. In previous roles, he was responsible for project planning and management; overseeing day-to-day operations and applying his knowledge of industry design, techniques and standards.
