Faith Technologies Receives ABC Gold Safety Award of Honor
Menasha, Wis. (Feb. 13, 2014) – Faith Technologies recently received the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) Gold Safety Award of Honor. The company was acknowledged at the Workers Safety Conference at Glacier Canyon Lodge Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. on Feb. 5, 2014.
“This recognition is an extra validation for all of the work that everyone in our company puts toward creating a safe working environment,” said Ted Sommer, director of safety at Faith Technologies. “Our comprehensive approach to safety allows Faith Technologies to successfully integrate safety practices in everything we do. This enables the kind of collaboration to deliver improved productivity, greater efficiencies and lower incident rates.”
In order to qualify for the Gold Safety Award of Honor, companies must provide annual lost workday cases and demonstrate that their total OSHA recordables are at least 10 percent better than the relevant industry’s annual average. Faith Technologies is one of seven companies honored with this year’s awards.
