Stephanie Guin, Executive Vice President – Human Resources, Named Top 20 Under 40 by ENR Mountain States

Stephanie Guin, Executive Vice President - Human ResourcesMenasha, Wis. (Feb. 18, 2014) – Faith Technologies is proud to announce that Stephanie Guin, executive vice president – human resources, has been recognized on the Top 20 Under 40 list by ENR Mountain States. ENR’s Top 20 Under 40 list highlights individuals who represent the “best-of-the-best” in their construction and design careers by giving back to their industry and communities.

Guin, who is responsible for defining, creating and implementing the overall talent management strategy for the organization, has more than 14 years of experience in human resources and nearly eight years of experience specifically serving HR needs in the construction industry. She joined Faith Technologies in 2006, shortly after obtaining her Master of Business Administration. Guin started as a regional human resources manager for the company, and in a few short years became a director responsible for the entire business unit. She currently oversees the human resources and learning and development departments serving the company’s 15 locations and 1,800 employees throughout the country.

Along with her traditional HR responsibilities, Guin has also been a visionary, champion and architect of a system that ensures employees are engaged, educated, compensated and informed. Upon her hiring with Faith Technologies, Guin was brought on board to merge two different companies with different cultures, policies, and operating systems into one and achieved this in less than 12 months.

“Stephanie is a great asset to Faith Technologies, and is highly respected for her initiative, insight and passion for our company, said Mike Jansen, chief executive officer of Faith Technologies. “I applaud her success, tremendous leadership and extraordinary contributions to Faith Technologies.”

Guin is very active in many local and national HR and construction industry associations, among other community organizations. She has played an integral role in helping Faith Technologies receive many awards in 2013, including “Best Companies to Work for” by Ingram’s, Kansas City’s business magazine, and “Healthiest Employers of the Year” by the Kansas City Business Journal.

This year more than 800 nominations were submitted by individuals who work at any level in the design or construction industry. Independent juries of industry leaders from each of ENR’s 10 regional editions judged the nominees based on the candidate’s industry experience and education; career and industry leadership skills; and community service and involvement.

Guin and all other award recipients will be recognized in an upcoming issue of ENR Mountain States edition on February 24th.
