Faith Technologies Fuels Continued Growth with Strategic Hire
Holly Waddle Joins as Vice President of Human Resources
Lenexa, Kan. (July 8, 2014) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical and specialty systems contractor, announced today the appointment of Holly Waddle as vice president of human resources. Waddle will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company human resources functions such as employee compensation and benefits; recruitment and retention; performance management; employment policies and regulatory compliance. Waddle fills a newly created position to support the company’s growth momentum. She reports to Faith Technologies’ Executive Vice President – Human Resources Stephanie Guin.
Waddle previously held the role of regional human resources director for Cintas Corporation-Document Management in Lenexa, Kan., where she served as the primary HR partner to more than 400 employees in 13 states. With more than 25 years of experience in HR, she received a bachelor’s degree in management & human relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She has also obtained the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Compensation Management Specialist (CMS). Waddle is located in the Kansas City branch but will travel to all locations on a regular basis.
