Faith Technologies Selected as Milwaukee Business Journal HR Award Recipient

Company Celebrated for Dedication to Employee Wellness in Inaugural Award Year

Milwaukee, Wis. (April 28, 2015) – Faith Technologies, a leading full-service electrical, engineering and technology systems contractor, has been named one of 10 winners for the Milwaukee Business Journal’s inaugural HR Awards.

Established to recognize exemplary work that individuals, companies and organizations in southeastern Wisconsin do in the field of human resources (HR), Faith Technologies was chosen in the “small private companies (less than $50 million)” category. All 10 winners were selected through nominations, and evaluated by local HR professionals and Milwaukee Business Journal editor-in-chief Mark Kass.

“Since beginning our wellness program in 2004, we’ve promoted the importance of health awareness through various annual companywide wellness incentive programs,” said Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program administrator. “In fact, we have had employees share that our Health Risk Assessment program made them aware of urgent health issues, prompting them to see their doctors for further testing. There are cases where the Health Risk Assessment has been critical in helping maintain the health of many of our employees.”

To be considered for the HR Award, nominees were required to have an HR program currently in operation (or recently completed), that needed to be the result of the nominee’s own work, not a consultant’s. All nominees also had to be based in or have significant operations in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine or Kenosha counties.

Faith Technologies will be honored with the nine other winners on May 19 in downtown Milwaukee, and featured in the HR Award section of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s May 15 issue.
