Faith Technologies Earns Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2015 Healthiest Employer Award
Faith Technologies Demonstrates a Commitment to a Healthy Workforce
Menasha, Wis. (Nov. 2, 2015) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical, engineering and technology solutions contractor, received the 2015 Healthiest Employer Award from the Milwaukee Business Journal during an awards luncheon held at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee on Oct. 23. The Milwaukee Business Journal annually recognizes small, medium, and large employers in the Milwaukee-area that have proven their commitment to a healthy workforce and work environment.
Faith Technologies was named a healthiest employer within the large-sized category for their second consecutive year.
“Our main goal is to inspire confidence and keep our employees active and healthy, on and off the job site,” said Alyssa Kwasny, Wellness Program Administrator. “We’re honored to be recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal, and hope to continue providing exciting opportunities for our employees and their families to participate in to keep their lifestyles balanced and healthy.”
Faith Technologies continuously engages employees in health-related initiatives, including annual health-risk assessments, semi-annual newsletters, and programs highlighting various physical activities. This year, Faith Technologies launched several new wellness programs, encouraging employees to stretch before work, involve their families in healthy activities outside of work, and stay active.
Healthiest Employer Awards were distributed based on responses to a 75-question survey administered by Milwaukee Business Journal partner, Healthiest Employers, LLC. Companies were ranked based on their responses regarding wellness programs and other factors.
In addition to being honored at the awards luncheon, the 2015 Healthiest Employers award winners can be found in the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Oct. 23 issue.
