Faith Technologies Completes Construction on ThedaCare Regional Cancer Center

Menasha, Wis. (July 6, 2016) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical, engineering and technology systems contractor, in partnership with Boldt Construction, has completed construction of ThedaCare’s Regional Cancer Center earlier this year.

ThedaCare Regional Cancer Center, located at 2500 E. Capitol Drive, opened Feb. 1, 2016, and offers a wide range of treatments and services for cancer patients in the Fox Valley. The new center offers advanced cancer treatments under one roof with group and private spaces for infusions, and areas with built-in monitors to easily connect with anyone off-site, such as care providers and family members.

The new building is LEED-certified and includes features such as six-foot-thick concrete walls in the radiation treatment vaults. Other features of the 84,000-square-foot facility include a peaceful green space with gardens, a walking trail, and collaborative workspaces for multiple specialists to easily communicate.

Faith Technologies’ virtual construction division utilized its expertise on Trimble’s Robotic Total Station (RTS) technology during construction via building information modeling (BIM) to identify underground layouts, electrical room layouts and site layouts for lighting.

Faith Technologies was recently named the national first place recipient of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC)’s Construction Safety Excellence Award for its commitment to safety training and worksite hazard identification. Faith’s commitment to safety proved evident on the ThedaCare Regional Cancer Center project with no recordable injuries and the project completed two-weeks ahead of scheduled.
