Faith Technologies Named 2016 Lockheed Martin Littoral Combat Ship Supplier of the Year

Menasha, Wis. (Feb. 16, 2017) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical, engineering and technology systems contractor, was recently named the 2016 Lockheed Martin Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Supplier of the Year. The company was acknowledged at the 29th annual Surface Navy Association Symposium at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia on Jan. 10, 2017.

Faith Technologies provides turn-key electrical services to the Lockheed Martin LCS team, working primarily with the team’s shipbuilder Fincantieri Marinette Marine.

“Faith Technologies has been an excellent LCS partner, consistently demonstrating its value to the program and our U.S. Navy customer,” said Joe North, vice president of Littoral Ships and Systems for Lockheed Martin. “The quality of their work is evident in each of the four ships we have delivered to date.”

“Faith Technologies has been a supplier of FMM since July 2013,” said Jan Allman, president and CEO of Fincantieri Marinette Marine. “Their commitment to efficiency and continuous improvements has made Faith a dedicated partner and an integral part of the LCS Program.”

Faith was recognized by the Lockheed Martin LCS team for its unwavering commitment to delivering its work on time and on budget.

“It’s our privilege to work on the Lockheed Martin Littoral Combat Ship program and we’re deeply honored by this recognition,” said George Van Der Linden, group president for Faith Technologies. “Our skilled team is honored to work side-by-side with Lockheed Martin and Fincantieri Marinette Marine to build these extremely capable Freedom-variant Littoral Combat Ships for the U.S. Navy.”
