Faith Technologies Receives New North B2B Magazine Corporate Wellness Award
Faith Technologies is One of Four Companies Recognized in the June 2017 Publication
Menasha, Wis. (July 11, 2017) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, was recognized by New North B2B for its corporate wellness program, including its high rate of employee and spouse participation in 2016.
Faith Technologies is one of four winners across northeastern Wisconsin that was featured in the June 2017 edition for receiving this award. The Corporate Wellness Awards – sponsored by Network Health of Menasha – were initiated by New North B2B in 2006 to encourage a competitive environment among employers in northeastern Wisconsin to position the state as a healthy place to work.
“By taking small actions each day, like providing healthy snacks and opportunities for exercise, we think Faith can make a big impact in our employees’ overall health and happiness,” Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program administrator for Faith Technologies, said. “We are always looking for fresh ideas and inspiration to help enrich and enhance our employees’ – and their spouses’ – health and wellness. Faith Technologies strives to provide an environment in which our employees will succeed in all aspects of their lives.”
Last year, more than 90 percent of Faith Technologies’ employees and spouses participated in the company-wide wellness program, both in the office and on job sites. Faith also offers healthy food options in vending machines and food service, as well as fresh fruit and oatmeal in its break rooms at no cost.
To be considered for the 2016 Corporate Wellness Awards, companies were asked to submit an outline of their wellness initiatives and the impact of those initiatives over the recent years. A panel of experienced health benefits experts selected winners based on various factors including the ability to demonstrate improved health of its workforce and implementation of innovative wellness benefits.
