Faith Technologies Hires Director of Workforce Management

Menasha, Wis. (Oct. 20, 2017) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical planning, engineering, design and installation contractor, recently hired Jack Thresher as the director of workforce management at its corporate headquarters in Menasha.

In his new role, Thresher will oversee the management and development of entry-level field employees. He will also utilize and enhance internal databases, help employees with time management to encourage productive team synergy and assist with field recruiting efforts.

“The construction industry faces a massive gap in the skilled trade workforce,” Jill Hermans, Vice President of Talent at Faith Technologies, said. “Jack’s range of experience is a huge asset to this position. He will help Faith continue to grow by developing our current talent, as well as attracting a new talent workforce through innovative hiring efforts.”

Prior to his role at Faith Technologies, Thresher held the position of assistant professor of military science at Western Illinois University, as well as multiple roles in the U.S. Army. Thresher earned his Bachelor of Science in geography from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
