Faith Technologies Recognized with ABC of Georgia’s 2018 STEP Platinum Award
Atlanta (July 17, 2018) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical, engineering, design and installation contractor, was recently presented with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Georgia’s 2018 Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Award in the platinum-level category for its unwavering commitment to safety and safety training. The company was honored at the 2018 Excellence in Construction and Safety Awards Gala at the Fox Theater in Atlanta.
Faith Technologies received the STEP award as well as the Georgia Chapter Award of Safety Excellence. This award is presented to companies that succeed in maintaining a total recordable and lost-time rate that is half the national average or lower for their trade division.
The STEP program, which was developed and written by contractors for contractors, objectively evaluates safety programs based on 20 key elements including pre-planning on job sites, management commitment, extensive training and advanced resources committed to safety.
