Faith Technologies Recognized with Three BUILD Wisconsin Awards
Menasha, Wis. (October 2, 2018) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical planning, engineering, design and installation expert, was recently awarded three 2018 BUILD Wisconsin Awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin, for its work on Delavan-Darien School District and Bubolz Nature Preserve in the Specialty Contractor – Electrical Division. The Bubolz Nature Preserve project also won the Technology & Innovative Practices award for the microgrid Faith engineered for the nature preserve.
The projects that were recognized are:
- Delavan-Darien School District – Faith Technologies performed an investment-grade lighting efficiency audit at Delavan-Darien School District, located in Delavan, Wisc. The fixtures implemented contributed a wealth of energy-saving features which have proven to reduce the district’s baseline energy consumption by 55 percent annually.
- Bubolz Nature Preserve – Faith Technologies was instrumental in the planning of a new state-of-the-art environmental center for Bubolz Nature Preserve. In partnership with Schneider Electric, Faith also designed a microgrid that provides clean power for the entire nature preserve. The microgrid is the first of its kind in northeast Wisconsin and allows the preserve to power itself independent of the main power grid and entirely by renewable energy.
“Faith Technologies is honored to be recognized for the innovative projects we’re helping to build across Wisconsin,” Mike Jansen, CEO and President of Faith Technologies, said. “We strive to redefine what’s possible within the construction industry, and to be recognized for two different projects signifies we’re helping to keep Wisconsin a forward-thinking state.”
The BUILD Wisconsin Awards celebrate the skilled craftworkers in Wisconsin and the state’s construction industry. The company will be honored with the other recipients at the 2018 BUILD Wisconsin Awards ceremony on Thursday, October 18 at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
